What is a virtual office?
A virtual office is an office space that remote or small business owners use for their business address. It’s suitable for anyone who doesn’t want to share their personal address; for example, SMEs, freelancers, and enterprisers who want a prestigious location for their company. Your mail will be sent to an individual mailbox that you can access with your own mailbox key and our smart access system.
What’s the difference between a virtual office and a registered business address?
A virtual office is a trading address that you can use for your website, marketing, invoices, and more. A registered business address is the official address that you’re registered with on Companies House. You can choose to add on a registered business address for an additional £5 per month when you sign up for a virtual office plan.
What do I need to get set up?
In order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering checks, we’ll need to collect a copy of proof of photo ID along with a letter that has your name and address on (such as from a bank or utility company).
Am I tied in to a long contract?
Not at all! We believe in flexible contracts that work for you, so you’re never tied in for more than one month at a time with our rolling contracts. You can also cancel or pause your plan at any time.
